A Long Awaited Release Date: Writer’s Diary November 2025 Update

Spook season is over. Now it’s time for seasonal depression. Otherwise known as the holidays.

First up, let’s talk about the blog. As we draw nearer to the publication of my novel, I’ll have less and less time for blogging. A fact I mean to make up for once this is all said and done. But I do have one post planned for this month: an in-depth rant about ‘Deep Rock Galactic‘. Though it will be less of a factual review and more of a story. You can expect that on the 13th at the earliest, the 20th at the latest.

Now, an update on ‘Father of Monsters‘. I’m happy to announce that the editing process is finally complete! All that’s left now is:

• Formatting for digital and print
• Final cover adjustments
• Marketing
• Publication

By the time this article goes live, I’ll have sent the book off to be professionally formatted. Once that’s done, I’ll be reaching out to a consultant to iron out the details for launch. My plan is still to release the book digitally first before making the final adjustments to publish in print. After those are both out, production will begin on the audio book.

Which leads me to the most important announcement: the release date. I promised a 2025 release, and I intend to do everything in my power to deliver on that. With that in mind, I have set a tentative release date: December 9th. If the universe is kind, I won’t have to amend that in a future update.
